Depends on what year of vehicle you have. If it is a 2001 and above. The fuel filter and pump are located in the fuel tank.
the fuel filter is most likely on the fuel pump inside of the gas tank i own a 2001 sebring and that's where its located
There is not inline fuel filter on a 2004 Sebring. The only filter on it is the one on the fuel pump and the only way to change that is to replace the fuel pump. $175 at autozone. Ridiculous I know!!
The fuel filter is part of the pump module, in the fuel tank.

I'm the one who asked this question, I now know the answer. It is located in side the fuel tank. The 2005 sebring doesn't have an external fuel filter.
You don't have a serviceable fuel filter, it is integrated into the fuel pump assembly inside the fuel tank.
ON THE FUEL RAIL
It is part of the fuel pump module in the tank.
Where do you find the fuel filter on a Chrylser Sebring
