In the Power Distribution Box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine
compartment next to the engine coolant reservoir
( fuse # 13 is a 20 amp fuse for the fuel pump )
In the fuse panel in the engine compartment Relay # 21 is the fuel pump relay on a 1996 Ford Probe ( Helpfull )
it is located in the maxi fuse panel in the fuse box under the hood just left of the steering column. there is also a relay fuse for the fuel pump in the same fuse box that should be check
