Under the rear of the car on the passenger side in front of the rear axle. Its in a "package" there with the primary and secondary pump along with the main fuel filter. Make sure you replace all the necessary copper o-rings and the filter too whenever you replace a pump. Remove the entire "package" as a unit, replace the parts and reinstall it as a complete unit again. It will save you lots of time trying to line up the fuel lines this way

The relay is a black retangular box located between the battery and the firewall.
Their are two fuel pumps located under the car right near the right rear axle under a cover. The fuse from the tank goes to the low pressure pump. Then the fuel goes into the high pressure pump, through the accumulator, and onto the engine. Hope this helps
