The fuel pump relay is located behind the passenger side kick panel. It is easier to see what you are looking at from either underneath the glovebox/dash or by opening the glovebox and releasing the box to let it open all the way, this is done by moving the 2 rubber stops in the rear of the box. Now look at the Fuse/Relay Panel, there are 5 spots for relays on the left and 9 spots on the right, REMEBER NOT ALL SPOTS ON THE PANEL ARE USED, SO PLEASE TAKE NOTE OR DRAW A PICTURE OF THEM. The fuses are mounted below them, The fuel pump relay is the 4th relay on the left row, the bottom 5th spot should be empty, no relay installed here, so it should be fairly easy to locate. Also the fuel pump fuse is located in the fuses below. You see 3 rows of 4 slots for mini fuses, they are numbered from top to bottom, left to right 1 - 12 I didn't design this, Thank you GM, anyways the 2nd fuse from the top in the middle row is fuse #6 should be 20 amp mini fuse, check the fuse to see if it is good.
