Not sure why you'd ask such a question in the first place, but there is no shut off valve. The fuel pump (which is inside the tank) is operated by a relay (which receives a signal from the computer). Don't know if any of that helps.
It is fuel injected, no carburetor.
On a 2006 Grand Caravan with a 3.8L engine, the fuel pressure test port is located on the fuel rail, which is situated on top of the engine. You'll find a small Schrader valve, similar to a tire valve, that can be used to check the fuel pressure. Make sure to relieve the fuel system pressure before attempting to access this port for safety.
