If it has one it will be in the trunk on one of the side supports.

Usually that switch is in the trunk, on the same side and just above where you put the gas in. You may have to pull the trunk carpet down some to get to it. No biggie though, Ford usually keeps the trunk carpet up with velcro (at least around the emergency shut off/reset switch).
