The fuse "Box" is more like a fuse "Panel". It's behind the light switch panel. Open the drivers door (obviously) and at the left end of the light switch panel you'll see two little black (mine are black) screw thingies (I love this tech talk). They can be twisted with the tip of your finger...in most cases. After they pop out, remove the panel and there you are. HeyMichaelS@Yahoo.com
AnswerThe fuel pump fuse on a 1990 buick lesabre is on the passenger's side, under the glove box. When you look under the glove box, you will see a black cover under the dash that stretches across 3/4 of the car. (There is another cover under the steering wheel.Remove the passenger side cover. Looking underneath the glove box, you will see a fuse box to the far right side. You will likely need a flashlight to see it.In my 1990 buick lesabre, there are 3 fuses at the bottom of that fuse box, and the center fuse is the one for my fuel pump. It is a 20 amp fuse.
Left side of dash, remove panel for the fuse box then unclip fuse box and push it forward. Flasher is in a retaining clip attached to the steering column.
The fuel pump relay on a 1996 Buick LeSabre can be found underneath the hood. The fuse will be in the fuse box.

I assume it is in the fuse box. The fuse box is located on the driver side, on the side of the dash unit. There is two plugs you disconnect to open the panel.
