Where is the fuse box for a 1990 LeSabre?

The fuse "Box" is more like a fuse "Panel". It's behind the light switch panel. Open the drivers door (obviously) and at the left end of the light switch panel you'll see two little black (mine are black) screw thingies (I love this tech talk). They can be twisted with the tip of your most cases. After they pop out, remove the panel and there you are.
