There is so much that requires power that my '97 Caddy has two fuse boxes. One for the back half of the car and the other for the front half. The Owner's Manual shows it near the transmission hump on the driver's side, but I found min under the hood on the drivers side. Huge number of 10,20 amp pull fuses and some bigger ones. I found a fuse puller on the inside of the door to the glove box, along with a few replacement fuses. It was under a cover labeled as fuses. I am still looking for some sort of master fuse as I have very little function on my digital dashboard (totally unlit, except for the various system icons). But I have lights, turn signals and the engire starts and the radio works. But no speedometer!!
Beside the parking brake.

There are two fuse boxes in a 1995 De ville, one is in the trunk on the drivers side next to the trunk release and the other is under the hood driver's side by the wiper fluide bottle. It maybe under the back seat. The battery is under the back seat in our 2001 cadillac.
