Under the glove box on the passenger side... awkward to get to. The engine side fuse box is next to the battery under the hood. Hope this helps! ;)
The fuse for the lighter is labeled as CIGAR and 15A. IT is in the fusebox licated udner the passenger side glove compartment. The fuse s on the far left side of the box, top row.

(This fuse box is located below and to the left of the steering wheel. Access by opening the driver door, then pull the cover off to reveal the fuse box. Remove the cover by pinching the tabs inward. The cigarette lighter fuse is a 20 amp fuse on the bottom row.
