In the User Manual it would be under Engine Compartment (They don't list Fuse Box in the Index as that would be too easy) Normally it would be located to the right of the battery for both petrol and diesel. They don't list what is what in the manual,so I have to presume it is on the box itself although I have not checked.

The fuse layout for a 2003 Kia Sedona is printed on the inside of the fuse box lid. You can also find the layout in the electrical section of the owner's manual.
The Kia electric door mirror fuse can be found in the fuse box. The electric door mirror fuse will be at the bottom of the first column.
There is a clip on each end of fuse box top.Push them in and pull top up
To disable the running lights either unplug the relay to the fuse box. Also there is a fuse for this in the fuse box remove this and that will disable the lights.
The tail light fuse will be in the first column of fuses in the fuse box. The exact location of the tail light fuse will be listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.

The AC Filter is known as a Cabin Air Filter in a 2006 Kia Sedona. You will have to remove the glove box, and take off the housing assembly cover. From ,there your will pull the air filter out and replace new.
