Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2004 Chevy Malibu?

On the Chevy Malibu Classic 2004 there is no fuse box in the trunk. Some basic fuses are in the right side dash with the plastic hatch visible while the passenger door is open. The fuse for the cigarette lighter and outlet is in the black box under hood in front of driver, location #34 replaced with #20 yellow fuse.
