I just replaced mine! It is on the drivers side under the steering wheel. If you remove the little screw on the left and remove the panel, you will find all of the fuses. If you look at the panel cover that you removed to see the fuses, it has a diagram of all of the fuses and what they control. I belive the clock and the radio are the same fuse which is a 15 at the top of the second row from the right. Here is a hint: use the fuse puller that is tucked in the upper left corner of the fuse panel. They work like tweezers and save your fingers. Good luck!
