Most models of Kenworth have it in the kick panel on the driver's side.
Need to know model. Other than that, a typical Kenworth fuse panel will have a fuse for relay power, and the relays will be multiplexed (although I can't say if this would hold true for a 93 model). If it's only the reverse lamps, and no other systems are affected, your problem is more likely the reverse switch or faulty wiring than a fuse or relay.
Remove the glove compartment, and it'll expose the primary fuse and relay panel.
The fuse box is located inside the cab behind clutch pedal.

Behind the kick panel on the driver's side.
The fuse panel is located under the sterriing wheel up against the fire wall.
Pull out the glove compartment, and you'll see it.
There isn't a separate fuse for the left turn signal from the right. Chances are, it's your switch which is bad.

Try checking fuse #7 acc. power fuse, its 25 amps. Same thing just happened on my 98 Tahoe. The two power ports below the cig. lighter will also start to work again.
