It is under the hood... Weird I know... I still have not figured out how to change my fuse for my horn. Refer to the driver manual.
The fuse box, which they call the Integrated Power Module (IPM), is between the air cleaner and the master cylinder. Regarding the first answer, I, too, failed to make sense of their abbreviations, but I understand that everything that works when the ignition is off is identified with the letters IOD for ignition off draw, so that should narrow it down.
The cigarrete lighter fuse is under the hood in the fuse panel box. the location of the fuse is located on the underside of the cover on the box.

According to the 2008 F150 owners manual its under the right - hand side of the instrument panel . Remove the trim panel and fuse box cover to access the fuses
there are 2 one behind the battery the other under the dash panel driver side
On most cars, it's on the inside of the fuse box cover.

The passenger compartment fuse panel is located below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal . Remove the cover panel to access the fuses
You can find a diagram of the fuse box in an 87 Land Cruiser in the vehicle's owner's manual. You can also find it in auto part stores.
