The horns are located in front of the wheel on the driver side of the vehicle. There is a round panel which can be turn and removed to get to the horns and connectors.
Check the Vehicle Emissions Control Information ( VECI ) decal located in the front of the engine compartment ( it will show the type of spark plugs to use and the spark plug gap )

If there is no access panel above the fuel pump inside the vehicle you will have to remove the fuel tank. There should be an access panel so look hard.
