You open the passenger side door. than you pull cover panel off. Which is located right on the right side of the dash board. It is behind a pullout panel on the side of the dash. The cig lighter fuse is right in the middle of the fuse panel. This is a very surprising place to put a fuse panel. You would not think to look in that position. I would think that the fuse panel would be on the driver's side, as it is in 99% of all the other cars on the road. Add to that, that there is already another fuse panel inside the engine compartment under the hood. I didn't even think to look for another fuse panel until after I pulled every fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel and all were good.You have to really pull on the fuse panel door - because it is not hinged - it is clipped in like a door panel, and takes a bit of pull to open it. And due to the position, it is nearly impossible to put back all the way.
