If I remember there are some fuses in the side of the dash on the passenger side, open the door and remove the panel to show fuses and one of them is the cigarette lighter.

There is a fuse box under the hood (passenger side). I know the the fuses for the head lights are there. The fuse for the taillights is there and is labeled. This fuse includes the running lights but is not labeled as such.

Yes. There are some fuses in the drivers side of the dash panel. The rest of the fuses are under the hood and contained in a square plastic box. The top is removable, exposing the fuses.
If you look under the passenger side dashboard you will find the heater motor ,attached to the motor is a fuse,check to see if the fuse is connected , or just replace the fuse , it worked for me.
