There is no interior release button... just push the gas cap cover and the 18.5 gallon gas tank becomes accessible to anyone.

You have to remove the bumper cover, under bumper, and hood latch cradle. Then the ac condenser can be moved aside. Then remove fans and lines. Then remove radiator.
simply use a medium flat-head screwdriver to pop off the end-cap of the dash, left of the steering wheel. just open your driver's door to see it. This cover is held in place by four integrated clips. This gives you immediate access to easily slip your hand in to pop out the switch. When finished, just line-up the four clips and pop the cover back on. I just did this myself as my switch had popped loose and fell to the back of the dash. This method allowed me to re-install my switch.

The filter is located under the hood, passenger side below the winshield wiper. Two snaps hold the cover on. Pull the pin on the inside, and remove filter bracket with filter. Change filter and reinstall
Turn the switch to on, then under the steering column cover below the switch is a hole. You push a pin in to release the switch. You'll have to fish around to get the spot where the pin is. Or take the bottom cover off to see it better.
The fuse for the windshield washer pump is located in the fuse box under the hood right next to where the filler neck for the washer fluid is. Press in the three clips that hold the fuse cover to remove it. It is a 15 amp fuse located in the F12 (?) position.
It is in the black box on the left sie of the engine near the back, it should have a red cover over the wires and the cover to access the relay swithes snaps on. I am trying to find where i can buy the relay switch, i need one for my fans also because they don't kick on causin my rendevous to overheat
there is no latch inside the vehicle. When the doors are unlocked, push on the left side of the tank cover and it will spring open.

Remove the shift release lever cover with a small screwdriver. After it is raised up high enough or off, then you can press the release switch manually.
