Where is the global trade in Pokemon White 2?

In PokÃ©mon White, the Global Trade as in the Global Trade Station can be found on the higher level of any PokÃ©mon Center except for the PokÃ©mon League PokÃ©mon Center. The lady to the right on the upstairs level will offer you the choice to go to the Global Trade Station.
