I'm talking from the perspective of the E series van here: Pull the dog house cover off. Front and center, right about the middle, or a foot or so off the inside floor level, right at the end and between the two valve covers, is a black plastic box bolted onto the block with several wires going to it. Should be a double yellow, a single smaller yellow, a red, a green, a blue (I think) a white . . . anyway, the little box is rectangular, about 1' tall, 2" deep, and maybe 3.5" wide. It's got a a black plastic vented cover mounted on top of it that's about 2.5" x2.5" and that's the relay right underneath that cover. The cover pops right off by pushing in a tab. Disconnect the batteries! Disconnect the batteries! That's some heavy juice running through the double yellows!
In the 1999 Trooper the relay is sbove the inside fuses. It is above the fuse door, so that the whole panel by bottom of the driver door must be pulled. Don't know if that helps for 1990. Note: My fuse, relay and motor are good, but no power to motor. added 1/22/2008 The blower motor resistor is located on the housing located on the firewall. This housing is were the blower motor is.
No, the first tubro-diesel pickup that Ford released (in the F series) was in 1995. you could get a turbo powered diesel from ford as early as 93. in 94 international began butting them on at the factory.
A vehicle has many relays: Starter, Horn, Blower motor, wiper, Headlight, Fuel pump, etc.
it is in the fuse panel under the hood. Located on the drivers side.
If the windshield wipers are not working on a 1990 Chevy Lumina, the problem could be with the wiper motor, the wiper motor relay, or a fuse. The least expensive fix to this problem will be replacing the fuse if it is blown.
It has no relay.
1990 f350 did not have a turbo, unless it was fitted after market, so check what engine you have such as year and size and then maybe we can answer your question
Try up against the firewall on passenger side--may have to remove plastic cover
Check against the firewall on passenger side--plastic cover may have to be removed
I believe you will find it under the glove box, behind a plastic panel that hides everything under the box.
Ignition relay is probably shot. It is in the power distribution block in the motor comprtment.
The fan motor probably has a short in it. Replace it and see.
