no, there's not really a "golden" pencil, but there is a normal pencil, and one of the ways I know how to get them are to get them when someone uses the bookshelf, or you use it. It barely gives you anything, but you still get something to write with (heehee). I'm pretty sure there's 100 other ways though, but that's one I know.
