The heater/blower fan is directly behind the glovebox.
Remove any covers that might be above the passenger footwell and the motor is right there - usually only 3 or 4 small screws hold it in.
Btw, the resistor is in the same area also - it provides the ability to have multiple fan speeds. If you only get a high speed, it's very likely the resistor has blown.

Check the 30 amp Blower fuse. If not that check the fan relay, if not that check the blower motor directly from a jump on the fan itself.
