The glow plug relay unit is attached to the battery housing on the 405
Could be a Faulty relay.
under the air filter box
The glow plug relay is the 'black box' unit fixed to the side of the coolant header tank (LHS engine bay as you look at it).
it is in the black box behind the battery, should be the green relay nearest to the windscreen, regards
There is no pre heat relay on my Peugeot! You better check with Peugeot.

i dont no where the relay is . but the fuse for the instrument panel warning lights is behind the glovebox is f2 and is a 5amp fuse
From memory It's located very near the battery on on the bulkhead Mike 2
right next to the batter, should be attached at the back end of it
The heater matrix, in a Peugeot 206, can be replaced by removing the heater core and the hoses. With the heater core removed you can replace it with a new heater core.
it looks like a starter relay and its on the passager side valve cover area (powerstroke57) He is correct but be sure that you don't mistake the intake heater relay for the GP relay they are the same relay and are right next to each other. The Glow plug relay will have a orange and black wire to it that goes to the starter relay.
You don't. It uses an intake grid heater. You don't have glow plugs.
