Why in your 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan does the low beam work on but not the high beam on one side and vice versa on the other side?

I had this problem on 2001. Their is a module on the front of your fuse box on the right hand side of the vechicle. Disconnect the battery and remove the 4 hex screws that hold the module. Their are lots of pins and they become worn or corroded. Reinstall module. Re hook battery cable and then get someone to turn the lights on. If they still give you the same results, wiggle the module, but do not pull it out. This curred my problem and hopefully helps you.
