To fix the hood latch on a 1994 Toyota Corolla, first, inspect the latch mechanism for any visible damage or debris. If it's stuck, try lubricating it with WD-40 or a similar penetrating oil. If the latch is broken, you may need to remove it by unscrewing the bolts and replacing it with a new one. Ensure the hood release cable is functioning properly and not stretched or damaged, as this could also affect latch operation.
