The fuse for the radio on a 2001 Ford Focus is located in the main fuse panel. It can be found under the dash, near the hood release.

According to the 2001 Ford Focus Owner Guide : It is below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) I was looking at one of the drawings in the Owner Guide and the cover might be just to the left of the inside hood release
