The 2004 Volkswagon Bettle OBD 2 port is on lower edge of dash at left side
OBD II port should be under the dash on the drivers side.
Im not sure about older year models, but on my 2004 the OBD II port is under the dash lip by my right knee. If I get out and squat down I can see it just fine.

In a 2004 Lincoln Navigator, the OBD-II port is located under the dashboard on the driver's side. Specifically, you can find it to the left of the steering column, near the area where the lower dashboard meets the instrument panel. It may be necessary to remove a cover or panel to access the port.
1994 Toyota pickups do not have obd II they have obd I. There is a " diagnostic port " under the hood but its not of much use.

A 1995 Bronco does not have an OBD-II port - OBD-II started on 1996 vehicle. 1995 Brocno would have OBD-I. The connector should be under the hood, on the inside wall of the driver's side fender near the firewall.
Some states test cars for pollution compliance by connecting a reader to the vehicle's OBD-II port. Your 1990 Corolla is exempt from OBD-II testing because you don't have an OBD-II port - they first came out in 2006.

There is not an obd 2 port because all cars under 96 are obd 1 but it is under the dash on the right side
