The relay for the horn is located in the relay panel on the drivers side lower panel adjacent to the "dead pedal". You have to put the drivers chair all the way back and then try to access this out of the way area. In the foot wall

The main Relays and fuses are in a Black box in front of the the driver side front Strut. The small fuses are right in front of your left knee when sitting in the driver seat, behind a plastic panel. and behind those are the rest of the relays. You'll have to crawl down where your feet go to see the relays.
The 1990 Lebaron built in 1989(door sticker) had the relay chart on the back side of the small removable cover under the steering wheel area. The chart for the black relays is probably on the back of the lower dash panel which you remove. The relays under the engine connected to various switches are referred to in the Haynes manual and are best identified by the color of the wires going to the switches. Granny Mary
I'm trying to find it for my '95. The Haynes manual seems to indicate that it may be part of a larger assembly. Checker couldn't find a cooling fan relay in their parts database. I wonder if that box up front of the air cleaner is a bunch of relays?
