Where is the horn relay on a 1991 dodge daytona I know which fuse it is now the next step is the relay. I'm not to good with cars i am using the Haynes manual i just don't understand the relays.?

The relay for the horn is located in the relay panel on the drivers side lower panel adjacent to the "dead pedal". You have to put the drivers chair all the way back and then try to access this out of the way area. In the foot wall

The main Relays and fuses are in a Black box in front of the the driver side front Strut. The small fuses are right in front of your left knee when sitting in the driver seat, behind a plastic panel. and behind those are the rest of the relays. You'll have to crawl down where your feet go to see the relays.

The chart for the black relays is probably on the back of the lower dash panel which you remove.
