The horn relay of the ford 2008 escape is in the fuse box that is located in the car on the right front side of the concole ,by the passenger's left foot. The relay is build into the inside of the box you can hear it clicking when you hit the horn how you get it out is an other question.
According to the 2009 Ford Escape Owner Guide : ( # 24 is a 20 amp fuse for the horn relay )

The 2001 Alero (probably the 2004 as well) has the horn relay in the black fuse/relay box under the hood close to the fire wall at the driver side. There is a thumb screw on top and when you open the lid it shows a list of fuses and relays. The horn relay is #21.
The 2004 Dodge ram 2500 pickup truck horn relay switch is located in the fuse box. The fuse box is located in the engine compartment.

The engineer pushes a button. Which controls a relay, which allows air to escape via the horn.
Top portion of the middle of the wheel on the sides, you should see a horn diagram on the steering wheel.
There is no relay for the horn!
