There is no horn relay. The horn is powered by the TIPM (totaly integrated power module). check for power at the horn it self.
It should be plugged into the fuse panel on the lower left corner. There should be two relays there, the upper one is the turn signal relay and the lower one is the horn relay. Hope this helps!!
Open the driver side door. Remove the fuse access panel by pulling outward. The horn relay is the bottom most black rectangular box closest to the firewall (front).
