Open the hood and stand on the passanger side of the car closest to the hood hinge. Look at the bottom of the intake manifold (right ubove the oil filter) look all the way left see that thick black hose that's the intake for the Idle air control valve. if you fell around you will find 2 electrical connectors; its held on by 4 10mm screws. PITA to take off.

Start up the 240sx and it should work it not it needs to be diagnoste goggle 1990 240sx ECU CODES FOLLOW THE STEPS AND THAT SHOULD WORK I know cause I'm using a 1992 ECU FROM Nissan Stanza. I was told it's alittle advanced on the horse power side and idle moves quicker.
