Starter solenoid is a part of the starter itself, the ignition relay can be found in the main electrical control panel under the hood.
It is bolted on the top of the starter.

the solenoid is located below the starter. if your looking to bypass the wiring to the ignition, dont do it often or you will burn the brushes in the starter
Check the neutral safety switch,it is located on the transmission or on the steering column ,under the dash.

The evaporative emissions (EVAP) canister purge solenoid on a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 with a 4.8 liter engine is located behind the throttle body, near the front of the engine. I have a picture of it that I could send to your email if you want.
The purge solenoid is located on a bracket behind the plate that the ignition coils and ignition control module sit on. Unbolt the rear nuts of the ignition plate and the bracket should slide out. Disconnect the sensor and the plastic hoses from the intake and vapor canister. Take a flat-head screwdriver and bend out the metal prong that holds the solenoid to the bottom of the bracket and the solenoid should slide right off.
The starter relay aka the starter solenoid is located under the hood by the starter.... the Ignition relay is located under the driverside dash behind the fuse panel.
It is mounted to the frame of the truck just in front of the fuel tank.
On the 2007 Chevy, it is by the gas tank towards the middle of the box of the truck.
It is on the left side of the engine. You will see a coil and that is the module also. It is one unit.
