There is no "in" key on cell phones. You may have misheard and are looking for the "end" key, which is the hang-up key which usually either has the word end written on it in red, or a picture of a phone in red on it. A lot of people talk too fast and do not enunciate, so I'm almost positive this is what you're looking for.
