The oil pressure sensor on an f250 engine is located at the back toward the firewall. It is centered side to side close to the intake.

1st need to know what engine you have,i have 1995 f150 4.9 6 cylinder engine,and will be replacing my iat soon as i get it.mine is on the lower intake manifold towards the front of the vehicle.so i assume yours should be on the manifold somewhere.look along and behind the fuel rails.
