Where is the jack located in a 1999 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition?

In a 1999 Ford Explorer , the jack is behind a removable plastic cover in the cargo area ( on the drivers side ) The wheel lug wrench is held in place by clips on the back of the plastic cover . The 2 rod pieces that you need for lowering the spare tire and operating the jack are located under a cover panel right behind the rear seat. ( open the passenger side rear door , lay the seatback flat , and lift the cover panel . You will see the 2 sections held in place by clips )
