The Green Jewel can be obtained by returning the missing "fingo" to the Kaya Spirits.
You will need the shovel and the Opuntia Fruit (cactus fig). Get the Blue Lily from the Blue Nile Falls and swap it for a turban at Nabooti. Wearing it will get you a shovel at Giza. The cactus fig is on the left side of the trail at the Mountains of the Moon.
Once you have the fig, use it to lure the tortoise at the Kaya Forests. Then dig up the Ebony Elephant from where the tortoise was sleeping. Swap the elephant for the Fingo at Nabooti. Bring the fingo to the Kaya Spirits to receive the Green Jewel.
