It is located on the left side of the driver seat floorboard. The trunk release lever also functions as the keyless entry module if it is pushed down.
underneath the drivers seat, on the floor board
No, you just need a larger drain bucket; or drain through a hose for less mess.
behind the jack compartment. twards the back passenger door
Mine does. Factory Equipped. Can't say if they all do though.
remove the panel under the steering wheel and it should be located on the fire wall
If you call your local dealer with the VIN they can tell if it was built with key less remotes.
The keypad entry code location is behind the rear seat on the driver's side. A bit of a hassle to get the seat off but,,, it can be done. Located on the module.
body control module, it controls power windows, door locks, key-less entry, instrument cluster, and number of other in-car operations
The question is a little confusing. Please try to be less wordy, but more precise. Thanks
Turn the key in either front door or the liftgate.
The factory keyless entry code can be obtained in two ways. see a ford dealer who will hook it up to a dianostic computer or view it on the keyless entry module witch is located behind the dash on the passenger side. The easiest way to view the code on the module is to remove the defroster vent cover and look through the windshield. the code is 5 numbers long and is located on the back of the module in large bold numbers.
Basically it controls the power door locks, (Key fob / Key less entry), and the automatic head light feature as well as interior dome lighting.
