ok the truth is you never get the key. you open it another way. what you have to do is get all five items then you go back to the tree of immortality and then something will happen but i dont want to spoil it for you :) then you go back to Hercules and he will help you. first you have to go to the underwater cave and then the underworld. Hercules will help yo see zues brothers and they will give you something then once you have those things Hercules will get you in the mount Olympus. hope this helps
