according to a question i found elsewhere here ("What module is under the center console?") it is supposed to there apparently, under the center console
that module should be located in the trunk up against the back seat, youll find a few of them there.

thats my question to you
No , just the factory code and a personal code if it has been entered
its attached to the distributor, right at the base, should have two electrical plugs going into it, one from the coil
This web site shows you how to do that and more. http://www.lincolnsonline.com/tech/tech.html
To troubleshoot the keyless entry system on a 1994 Trans Am, start by checking the batteries in the remote to ensure they are functioning. Next, inspect the fuses related to the keyless entry system, as a blown fuse can disrupt operation. If the remote and fuses are fine, examine the door lock actuators and wiring for any damage or disconnection. Finally, consider reprogramming the remote if the system still doesn’t respond, following the specific steps outlined in the vehicle's manual.
I have owned several Nissan trucks since 1989 and the ECM has always been under the passenger's seat. This keeps the unit out of the extreme heat/cold and dampness under normal driving conditions. I just reprogramend my keyless entry on my 1995 pathfinder, the module was located under the driveride seat
im the one asking the question because i dont know how to do it. how van i contribute to the answer?
One way would be to take the VIN number to a Ford dealer, they would be able to tell.
The keyless entry factory code for a 1994 Nissan Maxima is typically located on a label inside the driver's side door jamb or on the trunk lid. In some cases, it may also be found in the owner's manual. If you can't locate it there, you may need to contact a Nissan dealer for assistance.
