The kick panel is the interior trim panel in front of the front doors . There are 2 ,
1 in the drivers footwell , 1 in the right front passenger footwell

According to the 2006 Ford F-150 Owner Guide : The fuel pump shut off switch ( inertia switch ) is in the front passenger footwell , BEHIND the kick panel access cover , to the left of the fuse panel ( the kick panel access cover needs to be removed in order to reset the switch ) * the kick panel is the interior trim panel , in front of the front door , by the front passengers feet
