It depends on the car, on my moms 92 camry v6 you had to take the intake manifold off and its the first two sensors, same with my 90 supra turbo there the first two sensors under the intake manifold that are on the side of the block, the best answer i can give you since you dont mention what your working on is to go buy a chiltons or a haynes manual at your local auto parts store
