There are two you can get in the last section of the level. First, you can destroy the right tower and go inside the door. Also, get a bazooka and aim at the ground to blow up some green studs and build them into the ground. Destroy them and a tree will pop up in the center, explode and the last artifact is revealed. This whole level is easiest to complete when invinsible.

The People's Crusade was an unorganised rabble of up to 100,000, including women and children, that was loosely part of the First Crusade. The peasant population seem to have envisaged a crusade as an opportunity to escape the drought, famine and plague they had been suffering. These crusaders attacked the Hungarian city of Semlin and burnt Belgrade, before crossing the Bosporus. They had been warned not to engage the Turks, but to wait for the main body of crusaders. However, they attacked various cities until defeated by the Turks. Only a few thousand were rescued, with the remainder killed or converted to Islam and sold as slaves. The People's Crusade lasted from April to October 1096.
