Funny enough, I was looking for it today on my 96 grand am. All of a sudden, my automatic lights stopped working a couple nights ago. From the passenger side, look down the defrost vent on the front dash, closest to you inside the vent is a little hole surrounded by concentric circles. I believe that is the light sensor. Hope this helps. As it is in the dash, I will just deal with having to actually turn my lights on manually =(
