Look on the right, theres a tab that says reproduction. Click on public coverings/private coverings.
Public coverings are the stallions who have given out covering offers out to any and all mares, while private coverings are for your mare only.
To offer coverings (stallions) click on 'covering' under the same reproduction tab. Then select the price and decide weather the covering is private or public. If it's private enter the player's name and then the horse's.
