My local Honda dealer tells me the locking key for my Jazz is in a pack together with four spare nuts in the boot where the spare wheel would be kept (if I had one). The locking key is slightly longer than the other four (spare) nuts in the pack. This longer nut is put on top of the only nut on one's wheel that has a flower shaped incision on its top before using the normal wheel wrench for removal.

Find a socket that is slightly smaller than the lock nut. Hammer it on with a 5lb sledge and take it off with a breaker bar. Use a socket that you won't miss as you will never get the nut out of it.
