I assume you are referring to the A/C. If so it should be on the passenger side of the engine. Don't no much about a Silverado of that year, but, the easiest way is to look for a blue cap. Red is high pressure and blue is the low side. Hope this helps. V/R SSG Sadosky Armymech/Fordtech
