The installers never put them in the same place & do not tell their owner's for security reasons.

it is on the rear rigth side there is a panel remove the panel and bingo......you'll see a jack if, it came with it.
remove the jack panel it's in the rear fender.
I believe it is stored under the spare tire
The spare tire is supposed to be under the vehicle just in front of the rear bumper . The jack and instructions are supposed to be under a panel in the cargo area floor behind the third row seat
behind or under back seat
passenger side rear panel there is a removable plate the jack and tire changing tools should be located inside there if not they have been removed

For your information... All vehicles bring floor jacks... On the Ford Expedition the jack is located on the right size rear side panel near the rear hatch door. The jack lifting handle is located on the top of the rediator cover.
I bought one of those jack rods for my 1998 Ford Expedition XLT at the local dealer for under $20.00.
To remove the rear axle shaft from a 2003 Ford Expedition, start by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove the rear wheel and brake components, then unbolt the differential cover to drain the fluid. Disconnect the axle shaft from the differential by removing the retaining bolts and then slide the axle shaft out of the housing. Ensure to check and replace any seals or bearings during reinstallation.
