Where is the match options in Smackdown vs Raw 2011?

When you start a custom match you can choose which kind of match you want, like for instance a 2 vs 2 tag team match, an inferno match or a hell in a cell match. Then you select the characters, and then you can choose "match creator". Here you can turn on or off things like dq, turn out count and entrances, select how fast the momentum bar charges, select arena etc.
