Only coins have mint marks because the U.S. Mint only makes coins.

Bills are printed by the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, which has only 2 facilities. The main plant in Washington DC doesn't put any special designation on its bills. The auxiliary facility in Fort Worth marks its bills with a tiny "FW" next to one of the plate designators. It may be in different places on different bills so you have to look closely for it.

US bills don't have mint marks because they're not made by the Mint. The Mint only makes coins.

However you can still tell where a bill was made by looking for the plate position indicator, usually on the front. It consists of a letter followed by a small number, for example C110. If there's a tiny "FW" in front of the letter the bill was printed in Fort Worth; otherwise it was made in Washington.
