Do you mean clutch slave cylinder,if so ,its bolted on side of transmission,with rubber cover,if leaking,replace and bleed.

You replace the cylinder . There are 3 holes on bottom of steering column. @ large and one small. Get a pick or small screwdriver and insert in smaller hole and "feel for a pin to depress" while turning lock cykinder from accesory to on. Once depressed the cylinder will pull right out. New cylinder comes with 2 new keys for cylinder only . retain old key for doors.
